Venue and space
Where the screen can stand, the distance to the last row of guests, ceiling height, and a clear line of sight that does not block the mandap or the priest.
Power and backup
A dedicated supply and a generator or backup arrangement, agreed with the venue in advance, so the screen stays on through the muhurtham.
Indoor or outdoor
Open-air and daytime events need more thought about brightness, sunlight and weather than an evening in a hall.
Delivery and setup time
An LED wall takes time to deliver, assemble and test. We agree access timings with the venue and decorator so everything is ready well before guests arrive.
Every venue is different, so we don’t publish standard sizes or prices. Tell us the venue, event timings and guest count, and we’ll suggest what suits your event — with a clear written quote.

Cameras, feed and screen, planned together
The screen is only as good as what is shown on it. Because our video team films the wedding anyway, the live feed, camera positions and the LED wall are planned as one — no separate vendor standing in front of our cameras, and no confusion on the day about who does what.
We have been filming Telugu weddings in Guntur for 30 years, so we know where the cameras need to be for each ritual and how to keep the view to the couple clear for everyone.

Questions about LED walls
What size of LED wall will we need?
It depends on the hall or ground, how far the last rows of guests sit from the screen, and whether it is indoors or outdoors. Rather than quoting a standard size, we look at your venue and guest count and suggest what will be comfortably visible from the back. Share the venue name and expected guests when you enquire.
Can the LED wall show the muhurtham live?
Yes — that is the most common reason families ask for one. When our video team is covering the wedding, the live camera feed of the mandap or stage can be shown on the screen, so guests seated far back can see the Jeelakarra Bellam and Talambralu as they happen.
Does the LED wall need its own power supply?
An LED wall needs a stable, dedicated power supply, and a generator or reliable backup is strongly recommended so the screen does not go dark mid-ceremony. We check power arrangements with the venue and your decorator during planning.
Will an LED screen work for an outdoor, daytime event?
It can, but daylight changes what is needed — screen brightness, placement and shade all matter far more outdoors than inside a hall. Tell us the event time and whether the venue is open-air, and we will advise honestly on what will work.
Can we book the LED wall without your photography team?
Ask us. It usually works best alongside our live video coverage, because one team handles the cameras, the feed and the screen together, but we are happy to discuss what your event needs.
