Sagar Studio is founded and led by YBS Reddy. In 30 years, wedding photography has moved from film to digital and from still photographs to cinematic films; the studio has moved with it — and has now photographed more than 5,000 weddings.
That experience shows in the small things: knowing where to stand for the Jeelakarra Bellam before the priest begins, which elders must be in the family photographs, how a muhurtham at four in the morning should be lit, and how to stay out of the way while the rituals unfold.
Every wedding still starts the same way — with a conversation about your family, your rituals and what matters most to you.
What we believe
Rituals deserve respect. People deserve patience.
A wedding photographer is a guest with a job to do. We try to be the kind of guest families are glad they invited — prepared, polite to every elder, invisible during the rituals and fully present for the moments in between.
We don’t believe in trendy edits that date in two years, in padding galleries with near-duplicates, or in selling packages that don’t match your events. We believe in listening first, planning carefully, and delivering photographs and films your family will still value in thirty years.

Every wedding starts with a conversation about your events, timings, venues and family. That plan decides where our team stands at each ritual.
We tell you the truth
If we’re not available, we say so. If something you’ve asked for won’t photograph well, we explain why and suggest an alternative.
We put it in writing
What we’ll cover, what you’ll receive and when — clearly listed in your quote, so there are no surprises later.

Our studio is in Guntur. You can visit, see real albums, and meet the people who will photograph your wedding.
